As part of its mandate to promote and empower women in society, Cave & Gardens Ghana Limited, one of the leading distributors of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the country, has lent its support to the Ropheka Foundation to organize this year’s Agromanti Inspired Women Conference.

This year’s conference, under the theme “A Woman of Substance,” will be held on April 26, 2025, at the Chartered Institute of Bankers in East Legon, Accra. The event aims to empower and inspire women from all walks of life.

In line with this commitment, Cave & Gardens Ghana Limited has pledged full support for the event. In his remarks, Mr. Rajan Singh, the National Sales & Marketing Head of the organization, emphasized the need for women to take up leadership roles and the importance of inspiring the next generation of female leaders.

A well-known advocate for women’s rights and empowerment in the corporate world, Mr. Singh stressed that gender equality is not just a societal issue but a critical factor influencing business success. “Diverse leadership teams drive better decision-making and foster innovation,” he noted.

Explaining why the organization chose to support the conference, the renowned marketing executive stated that his company is committed to mentorship and inspiring women in the workforce.

“When women lead, they bring unique perspectives that can transform how organizations operate and relate to customers,”he said.

Mr. Singh also highlighted the importance of recognizing and celebrating the achievements of women leaders both within and outside the organization.

“Acknowledging and promoting the achievements of women sends a powerful message that their contributions are valued,”he added.
