President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has encouraged the honorees at the Ghana National Honours and Awards ceremony to strive for even greater achievements and continue inspiring others.

Speaking at the event on Monday, December 30, at the Accra International Conference Centre, the President commended the awardees for their significant contributions to the nation in areas such as governance, arts, health, and public service. He stressed the importance of collective effort in building a prosperous and inclusive Ghana.

“Let this recognition inspire you to reach even greater heights,” Akufo-Addo told the awardees, while urging all Ghanaians to play their part in shaping a future where every child has a chance, every worker’s dignity is upheld, and every citizen’s voice is heard.

President Akufo-Addo urged the awardees to continue serving as role models and to inspire future generations to strive for excellence.

“Today is also a call to action,” he said. “To our honorees, let this recognition inspire you to reach even greater heights. And to the rest of us, let their stories remind us that we all have a role to play in building the Ghana of our dreams – a Ghana where every child has a future, every worker has dignity, and every citizen has a voice.”
