Ato Forson Faces Vetting by Parliament’s Appointments Committee

Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, nominated by President John Dramani Mahama for the role of Finance Minister, has appeared before Parliament’s Appointments Committee for vetting.

Forson, along with John Abdulai Jinapor, nominated as Minister for Energy, and Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, nominated as Attorney General and Minister for Justice, is being assessed on Monday, January 13, 2025.

The committee is responsible for reviewing the qualifications and suitability of these key nominees for their respective positions.
