Ghanaian music artist Amerado has become the third Ghanaian to reach an impressive 100 million streams on Audiomack, joining the ranks of stars Stonebwoy and Black Sherif.
The global streaming platform honoured Amerado with a certification plaque at the Audiomack Mixer event, held at No. 9 Accra Bar & Restaurant. The accolade celebrates his significant streaming success and cements his status as one of Ghana’s leading artists.
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Amerado thanked his fans, known as “Amelions,” for their unwavering support. “This milestone is a testament to the love and loyalty of my fans,” he said. “I’m deeply humbled and motivated to keep creating music that resonates with people around the world.”
Amerado’s rise in the music industry has been marked by hits such as Kwaku Ananse, Grace, and Abronoma, along with notable EPs like Patience and The Gold Coin. His unique blend of storytelling and contemporary beats has earned him international acclaim.
