What we know:

Over three million voters have already cast their ballots in Georgia, setting a new record for early voting in this critical swing state ahead of the November 5 election. High early turnout suggests a close race and highlights Georgia’s key role in determining election outcomes.

As the election nears, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are intensifying efforts in battleground states, with both holding high-stakes events in Wisconsin and North Carolina. On Tuesday night, Harris made a passionate appeal to undecided voters in Washington, D.C., pledging to lead America in a “different path” if given their support.

However, U.S. media coverage has shifted focus due to remarks from President Joe Biden, who has been accused of calling Trump supporters “garbage.” The White House clarified that Biden was referring to a comment made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who called Puerto Rico an “island of garbage” during a recent Trump rally, which sparked widespread controversy.
