Ghana 2024 Elections: Heavy Security at Electoral Commission Headquarters

The headquarters of the Electoral Commission in Accra is under heavy security today, with personnel from the Ghana Armed Forces and Ghana Police Service stationed at strategic points around the venue.

Multiple checkpoints have been set up around the area as authorities work to maintain order and ensure a smooth electoral process. The heightened security comes amid growing anticipation and the need for vigilance during the critical election period.

Officials have assured the public that all necessary measures are being taken to ensure the safety of voters and election staff.
