Joe Jackson Confirmed as CEO of Dalex Finance

Joe Jackson has officially been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dalex Finance and Leasing Company Limited, with the Bank of Ghana (BoG) granting regulatory approval on 24 October.

Dalex Finance, in a statement, praised Jackson’s extensive career in financial technology and his two decades of industry experience, affirming that he brings valuable expertise and leadership to the role.

As CEO, Jackson will lead the company’s strategic initiatives, focusing on growth, innovation, and enhancing customer service. His appointment is expected to reinforce Dalex Finance’s commitment to high regulatory and operational standards.

David Obuamah, Chairperson of Dalex Finance, expressed the board’s confidence in Jackson’s ability to drive transformation within the Ghanaian financial services sector. Obuamah described the new CEO as a pivotal leader poised to take Dalex Finance to new heights.

Jackson, previously Dalex Finance’s Director of Business Operations, had served as acting CEO before his official confirmation. In response to his appointment, he expressed gratitude and enthusiasm, highlighting his commitment to working closely with the team, customers, and regulators to propel the company forward during a critical period in the industry.
