Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Seth Terkper,others Appointed to Key Roles in Ghana’s Presidency

President John Mahama has made several high-profile appointments to his administration, signaling his commitment to strong governance and operational excellence.

Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Stanislav Xoese Dogbe, Seth Emmanuel Terkper, and Shamima Muslim are among the key figures appointed to critical roles, bringing a diverse range of expertise and experience to the government.

Mogtari will serve as Presidential Adviser and Special Aide, while Dogbe and Nana Oye Bampoe Addo will take on the positions of Deputy Chiefs of Staff for Operations and Administration. Terkper, a former finance minister, has been named Presidential Adviser on the Economy, and Professor Francis Dodoo will lead the National Anti-Corruption Programme.

In addition, Larry Gbevlo-Lartey has been appointed Special Envoy to the Alliance of Sahelian States, and Shamima Muslim will step into the role of Deputy Presidential Spokesperson.
