President John Dramani Mahama is set to host a presidential media encounter this evening, marking his first such engagement since the start of his second term in office.

The event, scheduled for 8:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 10, was confirmed by Minister of Government Communications Felix Kwakye Ofosu in a social media post on Tuesday.

According to a prior government statement, the session is intended to serve as a platform for the president to address key national issues, elaborate on his administration’s “Resetting Ghana Agenda,” and provide updates on major policies and infrastructure projects currently underway.

The briefing, which will be open exclusively to accredited journalists, will also allow members of the press to question the president directly on a broad range of subjects impacting the country.
