John Dramani Mahama, the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has issued a strong warning against any efforts to manipulate the upcoming December 7 elections, vowing that his party will take every step to protect the integrity of the vote.

Speaking at the NDC’s final rally at Zurak Park in Madina on Thursday, December 5, Mahama called on electoral authorities, security forces, and the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to uphold democratic principles and ensure a fair process.

“I want to caution the NPP administration, the security services, and all those responsible for overseeing this election. I urge you to resist the unlawful actions some are planning,” Mahama said.

He further assured the people of Ghana that the NDC would stand vigilant at the polling stations, working with voters to protect their ballots and resist any attempts to alter the election results. “Together, we will protect our votes and resist all efforts to steal them,” he added.
