Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Vice-Presidential candidate, has endorsed Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the leader best suited to guide Ghana towards a prosperous future.

Speaking at the party’s final rally at the University of Ghana Sports Park on December 5, Dr. Opoku Prempeh, commonly known as NAPO, urged Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Bawumia in the upcoming December 7 elections. He emphasized the importance of securing the nation’s future, stating, “Bawumia is the only one prepared for the future. Vote for him. The Heavens must answer. December 7 is the future of Ghana, it’s your future, it’s our future.”

In a separate appearance at the rally, Second Lady Samira Bawumia expressed her full confidence in her husband’s ability to lead the country. Highlighting Dr. Bawumia’s work ethic, she assured the public that he was committed to the nation’s progress.

“I know him very, very well,” Samira said. “I have watched him work hard day and night, seven days a week, from morning till night. This man will apply himself. He will not let you down. Dr. Bawumia means what he says and he says what he means. He will do right by the people of this country.”
