Over the course of three days, a total of 343 candidates from all 43 districts in the region will have the chance to present their qualifications, leadership abilities, and plans for their communities to the selection committee. On day one, 88 applicants from 11 districts will undergo the rigorous vetting process.
NDC leaders in the region have stressed that this interview process is vital for identifying capable leaders who can bring the party’s development agenda to life in communities.
