Peter Mac Manu, the former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has called on the party to view a potential defeat in the 2024 general election as an opportunity for introspection rather than a setback.

While refraining from officially conceding defeat to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mac Manu stressed the importance of accepting the election results in good faith. He urged the NPP to focus on rebuilding trust with the Ghanaian people.

“This is a moment for sober reflection and an opportunity to learn from our mistakes,” he said. “We must use this time to rebuild and come back stronger.”
