The Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) team has received its first dossier on the National Service ghost names scandal, amounting to GHS500 million, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the team’s leader, announced on Friday, December 20.

Ablakwa expressed gratitude to The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa for presenting the dossier, praising their patriotism. “Together, we shall reset Ghana and recover all loot,” he wrote on his X page.

Earlier, the ORAL team had pledged to handle any information received from the public with discretion and urgency. This follows the launch of new interactive platforms aimed at tackling corruption.

On Wednesday, December 20, the Mahama Transition Team, led by spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu, announced the initiative. As part of the effort, the public is encouraged to report suspected corruption through various secure channels, including a toll-free number, 0800 900 111, a dedicated website (www.oralgh.org), and an email address (public@oralgh.org), to promote transparency and public involvement in the anti-corruption campaign.
