Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Founder and General Overseer of Action Chapel International, has expressed his prayers and optimism for a transformative presidency under John Dramani Mahama. During a courtesy visit to the president-elect, accompanied by members of the Apostolic Fathers, Duncan-Williams shared his belief that Mahama’s leadership would bring about significant change and help overcome the challenges faced by previous governments.
Speaking on the occasion, Duncan-Williams remarked, “By God’s grace, who has preserved and protected you, I believe He will guide you and equip you to lead this nation according to His will. We pray that during your time in office, the negative narratives surrounding past governments will change, and that we will witness a new and prosperous Ghana.”
The Archbishop also expressed confidence that Mahama would return to complete the work he had started, recalling previous conversations in which he prophetically predicted Mahama’s return. “In 2016, I mentioned that you would leave, but in due time, you would come back. In 2020, I was certain that it was your time to return and fulfil the mandate,” he said.
Duncan-Williams concluded by reiterating his belief in Mahama’s ability to lead the country to a brighter future.
