President John Dramani Mahama has formally recognized the significant contributions of Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, Ghana’s outgoing Inspector General of Police (IGP), to the nation’s law enforcement and security infrastructure.

At a ceremony marking the appointment of his successor, COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno, Mahama expressed deep gratitude for Dampare’s leadership. “Let me take this opportunity to extend my deepest appreciation to the outgoing IGP.
