A distinguished lawyer, Bogobiri began her career with the Value Added Tax (VAT) Service and later moved through the ranks at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), where she served in its Legal Department. Her extensive legal background is complemented by significant involvement in electoral and organizational leadership.
