Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has called on security personnel to vote in favour of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) during the 2024 general election special voting exercise.

In a social media post, Osei praised the NPP government for improving the capabilities of the country’s security services, citing advancements in equipment, training, and facilities under the current administration. He urged security personnel to make informed decisions when casting their votes, warning that choosing the wrong party could undermine the progress made.

Osei’s statement emphasised the importance of supporting the government that, in his view, has invested in enhancing the professionalism and effectiveness of the security forces.
