Kwame Baffoe, also known as Abronye DC, the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been summoned by the National Investigations Bureau (NIB) following allegations he made against  President John Mahama.

According to a letter, Abronye DC is required to appear before the NIB on February 26, 2025, to provide evidence backing his claims. The accusations center around Mahama allegedly withholding GH₵550 million meant for dismissed appointees at the Jubilee House.

Abronye DC aired these accusations during an appearance on Accra-based Movement Television, where he also raised concerns about corruption in government recruitment and the revocation processes.

The NIB’s summons seeks to address these serious allegations.
