Afrobeats star Davido has congratulated his colleague Tems after she clinched the Best African Music Performance award at the 67th Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 2.

Taking to social media platform X in the early hours of Monday, the singer expressed his pride and admiration for Tems’ achievement, writing: “Congratulations to my one and only! #chrisbrown! And to the Queen @temsbaby, we are proud of you!”

Tems triumphed in the category over other nominees, including Yemi Alade, Asake, Burna Boy, and Davido. She won the award with her hit song Love Me Jeje, marking her second Grammy win following her previous recognition in 2023 for her contribution to Future’s Wait For U.
