This year’s conference, under the theme “A Woman of Substance,” will be held on April 26, 2025, at the Chartered Institute of Bankers in East Legon, Accra. It is expected to bring together a distinguished lineup of speakers who are trailblazers in their respective fields, offering their wisdom and insights to an eager audience.

The speakers, who come from various parts of the world, include some of the most influential figures in business, philanthropy, and education. Among them are Amos Kevin-Annan, Founder of the Hearts and Habit Foundation; Abena Brigidi, CEO of Nimed Capital; and Dr. Ellen Hagan, CEO of L’aine Service Limited and Co-founder of Legacy Girls College. These leaders, known for their work in empowering others, will share their stories, lessons, and strategies for success.

The conference will be hosted by Dr. Mrs. Mary Offei-Agyeman Bioh, the visionary Founder of Ropheka Foundation and Ropheka Health. With her passion for promoting the health and well-being of women, Dr. Mary has been at the forefront of organizing this transformative event, which promises to be a platform for networking, learning, and celebrating the achievements of women everywhere.

Speaking to TheDotNews, Dr. Mary expressed optimism that the conference would play a key role in building the confidence and capacity of young women to take up leadership roles in the future.

She added, “We’re ready to train and raise women to play pivotal roles in building our dear country.”

To achieve this, Dr. Mary, called on corporate organizations to come on board and support such initiatives, saying, “Our doors are open to any organization that wishes to support us in empowering our women. This is a worthy cause, and we want all to come on board.”

She further assured participants of a series of thought-provoking discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, which, according to her, will help women elevate their careers, communities, and personal growth.

The 2025 Agromanti Inspired Women conference is expected to attract hundreds of women leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers, eager to gain knowledge, foster meaningful connections, and be inspired to make a lasting impact in their fields.
