President-elect John Mahama has declared the recent election results a clear message from Ghanaians rejecting bad governance. He warned his own party, the NDC, against arrogance in power, stating they would face the same fate if they failed to listen to the people.

“We will initiate severe measures to reset the country and make it the Black Star of Africa,” Mahama pledged, signaling bold reforms to restore Ghana’s leadership and pride on the continent.

Addressing the public after being declared the winner of the 2024 elections, Mr. Mahama expressed his view that it would take time for Ghana to recover from the previous government’s mismanagement but assured that his administration would work to improve the country’s conditions.
