Republic Bank Unveils Premier Branch in Techiman

Republic Bank has proudly relocated its Techiman branch to a new, modern, and spacious facility, rebranding it as the Premier Branch. This move highlights the bank’s dedication to providing superior banking experiences and tailored financial solutions for the Techiman community and its environs.

The grand inauguration was graced by several distinguished personalities, including Mr. Abdulai Lawal Abubakar, Regional Manager of the Bank of Ghana, who commended Republic Bank for its adherence to ethical banking standards. Also present was Daasebre Ameyaw Kwarteng Amanaimpong II, the Oyokohene of Techiman Traditional Area and Buoyemhene, who encouraged the local community to continue their strong support for the bank.

During the event, Dr. Gladstone Kessie, a long-time customer, shared a heartfelt story about achieving his dream of homeownership through Republic Bank’s innovative mortgage solutions. He urged the public to entrust the bank with their financial needs.

In his remarks, Mr. Benjamin Dzoboku, Managing Director of Republic Bank, emphasized the institution’s focus on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as Retail, Commercial, Corporate, and Mortgage clients. He stated, “Renaming this branch as the Premier Branch symbolizes our commitment to prioritizing your financial and business goals. This state-of-the-art facility is a testament to our investment in the people of Techiman. We are here to provide world-class service, innovative financial solutions, and personalized support to help you realize your dreams.”

The Premier Branch sets a new benchmark for banking in the region, offering enhanced accessibility, a welcoming environment, and comprehensive support for both individuals and businesses. Additionally, the branch is home to Republic Boafo Limited, a subsidiary of the bank dedicated to empowering MSMEs.

The inauguration was attended by several notable figures, including Mr. Venus Friths from Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL); Mr. Joseph Laryea Ashong, General Manager for Commercial and Retail Banking; Mrs. Evelyn Osei-Tutu, Managing Director of Republic Boafo Limited; Mr. Fred Mensah Anyamesem, Northern Sector Manager; Mrs. Genevieve Aboney, Manager of Marketing and Communications; Mr. Kwame Asiedu, Branch Manager, Techiman; Right Reverend Godson Amankwa Amponsah of the Methodist Church, Techiman; and ASP Appiah Danquah, Regional Police Commander for the Bono Region.
