Van Nistelrooy Bids Emotional Goodbye to Manchester United

Manchester United legend Ruud van Nistelrooy has penned a touching message to the club, expressing gratitude and unwavering support for its future.

Reflecting on his time as a player, coach, and manager, Van Nistelrooy described his connection to United as a “privilege and honour.”

“To everyone at Manchester United Football Club, in particular the backroom staff, the players, and the fans,” he began, “I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible efforts and support.”

The Dutch icon, who remains one of the Premier League’s most prolific strikers, spoke warmly of the memories he created at Old Trafford. “Manchester United will always have a special place in my heart,” he wrote, adding that he hopes for “many more glory days” for the club.

Van Nistelrooy’s future remain unclear after leaving Manchester United as the interim coach.
